Player99 Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SharpJob mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use SharpJob.
SharpJob is designed to work without requiring you to create an account or log in.
Job Listings Data
The App displays job listings retrieved from our backend service (Supabase). This is publicly viewable content and is not linked to any individual user.
Locally Stored Information
When you save or bookmark a job listing, or enter details while preparing a job application within the App, this information is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted to, or stored on, our servers, and we do not have access to it.
Automatically Collected Information
Like most apps, certain basic technical information (such as device type and operating system version) may be processed automatically by the Android or iOS operating system and app stores to ensure the App functions correctly. This is standard platform behavior and is not collected directly by us.
Since we do not collect or receive personal information from your use of the App, we do not use, sell, share, or process personal data belonging to App users.
Locally stored data (saved jobs, in-progress application details) remains under your control and can be cleared at any time by clearing the App's data/cache through your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
Some job listings include an "Apply on company site" link, which takes you to the external employer's own website or application system. Once you leave SharpJob through such a link, that employer's own privacy policy and data practices apply — SharpJob is not responsible for, and does not receive, any information you submit on external sites.
SharpJob does not currently display advertisements. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance to disclose the advertising provider used and what information (if any) it collects, and the update will be reflected here with a revised "Last updated" date.
SharpJob is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
While we do not collect personal information on our servers, we take reasonable measures to protect the job listing data provided through the App, including secure backend infrastructure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if new features (such as user accounts or advertising) are introduced. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
